Samantha Duckworth Joins Pierce Group Benefits as Database Technician

Holly Springs, NC – June 7, 2010 – Donald Pierce, President of Pierce Group Benefits, a full service provider of employee benefits packages, has announced that Samantha “Sam” Duckworth has recently joined the team as database technician.  In this position, Duckworth is responsible for the technical side of both the pre and post enrollment process for Pierce Group Benefits’ clients.  Her work includes setting up databases for enrollment periods, creating reports for vendors, and building payroll import files which work to simplify the enrollment process for clients.  Duckworth joined Pierce Group Benefits in February of 2010.

Previous to joining Pierce Group Benefits, Duckworth worked as a program analyst for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) from 2006 to February 2010.  In this role, she worked with 3,000+ internal and external customers to provide detailed reporting on check cashing transactions.  From 2003 to 2006, Duckworth worked in the IT department at FIS where she provided administrative assistance to over 200 employees and all levels of IT management.
