Each custom website features access to FSA balances, enrollment, claims and service forms, as well as links to find in-network providers and carrier contact information.
- Pierce Group Benefits Service Specialists are just a phone call away! This knowledgeable and dedicated team is available to answer and address any of you and your employees’ questions and concerns. No automated systems; just real people.
- Hate filling out forms? Don’t know how to file a wellness claim? No sweat! Wellness claims on the Cancer and Medical Bridge policies can be filed over the phone. No paperwork needed! Simply call 1-800-325-4368 and use the automated system. All you’ll need to have is your doctor’s name, telephone number, the date the test was performed and which test was performed. Usually mammograms, pap smears and PSA blood tests are the most common.
- With this school year coming to an end, some employees may be retiring or planning on not returning in the fall. But, did you know that employees can still keep some of their voluntary benefits? Colonial Life’s Continuation Form provides employees with helpful information on how to continue some of their voluntary benefits should they desire to do so.
