Vision – Please either call the Service Center or Self-Enroll online within 30 days of your date of hire. The Service Center number is located at the top of this page. Online enrollment instructions are located on page 10-11 of your Benefits Guide or under the Enrollment Assistance page of your custom microsite.

All Other Benefits – You will be eligible to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment.
