Dental and Vision - Please contact your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.

Flex - You will be eligible to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment.

Term Life and Colonial - Please call the Service Center within 30 days of your date of hire and a PGB Benefits Representative will help you enroll in benefits. The Service Center number is located in the contact section of this guide. You also have the option to self-enroll, if you choose, within 30 days of your date of hire. Please see the self-enrollment instructions in this guide for more information.
