Dental and Vision – Please reach out to your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.
Telemedicine, Pet, and Home & Auto – Please contact the Provider directly within 30 days of your date of hire.

– Medical Reimbursement Maximum: $3,400/year | Minimum: $250/year
– Dependent Care Reimbursement Maximum: $7,500/year
You will need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts if you want them to continue next year.
