– Family Maximum $8,750/year
HSA plans can only be established in conjunction with a qualified High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
The City of Martinsville contributes $60/month to all HSAs for employees enrolled in individual health coverage and $83.33/month for HSAs in dependent health coverage. Please Note: HSAs are optional and not automatically set up when you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan. To receive the employer contribution, employees must enroll in an HSA during Open Enrollment.
