In order to continue Vision Coverage, you have 2 options. Enroll in COBRA or choose an Individual Plan and Enroll Now.

1. Enroll in Cobra – If currently enrolled in Vision, you have the option to keep coverage up to 18 months. Please contact your Benefits Department for specific instructions.
