Your individual supplemental/voluntary policies through Colonial Life are portable! To transfer your benefits from payroll deduction to direct billing or automatic bank draft, please call the Service Center at 833-556-0006 within 30 days of becoming unemployed, switching careers, or retiring.

TRANSFERRING EMPLOYERS?

If you are transferring from a current PGB client to another, some benefits may be eligible for transfer. Please call the Service Center at 833-556-0006 within 30 days of your date of hire at your new employer for assistance.
