Dental (Stand-Alone Policy) and Vision (Stand-Alone Policy) - New employees are not eligible to enroll in these benefits.
All Other Benefits - Please reach out to your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP & WORK-LIFE SERVICES
Franklin County Government provides these services at no cost to all employees and dependents. No referrals are needed to speak with an EAP counselor, and you never have to worry about finding a provider who is in your network.
The call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can talk to a licensed counselor at any time. In some instances the employee can visit in person with a counselor.
