New employees are eligible for coverage the first day of employment, with exception of flexible spending accounts - employees must work 6 months and will be eligible to enroll during the next Open Enrollment.
Colonial Life Insurance Products and Flexible Spending Accounts - You will be able to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment period.
All Other Benefits - Please reach out to your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Ameriflex
– Medical Reimbursement Maximum: $1,500/year | $200/year Min
– Dependent Care Reimbursement Maximum: $5,000/year
You will need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts if you want them to continue next year.
