The Local Choice Benefits, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts - Please reach out to your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.
Colonial Life Insurance Products - Please call PGB’s Employee Services within 30 days of your date of hire and a PGB Benefits Representative will help you enroll in benefits. The Employee Services number is located in the contact section of this microsite. You also have the option to self-enroll, if you choose, within 30 days of your date of hire. Please see the self-enrollment instructions in this microsite for more information.

During your open enrollment period, a Pierce Group Benefits representative will be available by appointment to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in the enrollment process.

YOU CAN MAKE THE FOLLOWING BENEFIT ELECTIONS ONLINE DURING THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
– Enroll, change or cancel The Local Choice benefits (Anthem Health, Delta Dental & Blue View Vision).
– Enroll, change or cancel your Health Savings Account (HSA).
– Re-Enroll/Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts⁺ (Medical, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care).
– Enroll, change or cancel your Pre-Paid Legal coverage*.
– Enroll, change or cancel your Colonial products.
⁺You will need to re-sign for the spending accounts if you want them to continue each year.
*Employees may access the Pre-Paid Legal forms on the BenSelect enrollment system, or meet with the Benefits Representative during the enrollment period to enroll or make changes.
