YOU CAN MAKE THE FOLLOWING BENEFIT ELECTIONS ONLINE DURING THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
– Enroll in, change or cancel The Local Choice benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision).*
– Enroll/Re-Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.**
– Enroll in, change, or cancel Heath Savings Accounts.
– Enroll in, change or cancel Dental Insurance (Stand-Alone Policy).
– Enroll in, change or cancel Long-Term Disability Insurance.
– Enroll in, change or cancel Colonial coverage.
*The Local Choice enrollments, changes and cancellations will be completed on TLC paper applications. You must meet one-on-one with a Benefits Representative to continue Health Care Coverage.
**You will need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts if you want them to continue each year.
