Colonial Insurance Products & Group Term Life, Dental, Vision, & Long -Term Disability - Please call the Service Center within 30 days of your date of hire and a PGB Benefits Representative will help you enroll in benefits. The Service Center number is located at the bottom of this site. 

Long-Term Care Benefits - You will be able to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment period.
