- Enroll/Re-Enroll in Flexible Spending Account(s)+ (Medical, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care).
- Enroll, change or cancel The Local Choice benefits (Anthem Health, Delta Dental & Blue View Vision)
- Enroll in Health Savings Account (HSA).
- Enroll, change or cancel your Vision Insurance. (Superior stand-alone policy).
- Enroll, change or cancel your Dental Insurance. (Delta stand-alone policy).
- Enroll, change or cancel your Group Term Life Insurance.
- Enroll, change or cancel your Colonial products.
+You will need to re-sign for the spending accounts if you want them to continue each year.
