YOU CAN MAKE THE FOLLOWING BENEFIT ELECTIONS ONLINE DURING THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD:

– Enroll in, change or cancel The Local Choice benefits (Anthem Health, Delta Dental & Blue View Vision)

– Enroll in, change or cancel Health Savings Account (HSA).

– Enroll in, change or cancel Dental Insurance (Delta stand-alone policy).

– Enroll in, change or cancel Vision Insurance (Superior stand-alone policy).

– Enroll in, change or cancel Colonial coverage.

PLEASE NOTE: Employees enrolling in The Local Choice benefits are not eligible for the Superior Vision and Delta Dental stand-alone policies.
