Congratulations on your new employment! Your employment means more than just a paycheck. Your employer also provides eligible employees with a valuable benefits package. Below you will find information about how to enroll in these benefits as a new employee.
All Benefits – You are eligible to self-enroll online. Please call the Service Center within 30 days of your date of hire. The Service Center number is located on the contact page of this microsite.
Be sure to also review your group’s custom benefits microsite, that allows for easy, year-round access to benefit information, live chat support, benefit explainer videos, plan certificates and documents, and carrier contacts and forms.
Important Information About Your Enrollment
IN PERSON
During your open enrollment period, a Pierce Group Benefits representative will be available by appointment to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in the enrollment process.
ONLINE
You may enroll or make changes online to your flexible benefits plan. To enroll online, please visit https://harmonyenroll.coloniallife.com
ENROLLMENT PERIOD: OCTOBER 15, 2020 – OCTOBER 31, 2020
YOU CAN MAKE THE FOLLOWING BENEFIT ELECTIONS ONLINE DURING THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
– Enroll/Re-Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts⁺ (Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care).
– Enroll, change or cancel your Vision Insurance.
– Enroll, change or cancel your Dental Insurance (If you are enrolling a dependent and/or spouse for the first time, their waiting period will be doubled).
– Enroll, change or add beneficiary or cancel your Group Term Life Insurance (If you are enrolling or increasing your life insurance, you must complete a Statement of Health. Please contact Gloria Reddon).
– Enroll, change or cancel your Long-Term Disability Insurance.
– Enroll in Telemedicine coverage (DIRECT BILLING ONLY*).**
– Enroll, change or cancel your Colonial products.
⁺You will need to re-sign for the spending accounts if you want them to continue each year.
*The Telemedicine plan is available by Direct Billing only. No deductions will be taken via payroll deduction.

You can view details about your benefits, view educational videos about all of your benefits, download forms, chat with one of our knowledgeable Service Center Specialists, and more on your personalized Pierce Group Benefits website. Our website is also mobile friendly, making it easy to view your plan information on the go!
MYCOLLEGE SYSTEM ONLINE ASSISTANCE
(Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Group Term Life)
Complete the following steps to begin the online enrollment process.
– Go to https://mycollege.cpcc.edu/
– Click Log In
– Enter your CPCC Login and Password
– Click Sign In
– Click Additional Employee Services
– Click Benefit Enrollment
– Review your current benefits, then Click Continue
– If after you have reviewed your benefits and you determine that no changes are necessary, then click continue.
– If you are making changes, check each benefit you will be change/enroll, then click Continue
– Check the box of the coverage level you want to continue, then Click continue
– Click Continue on both screens
– Check which option applies
– Once all enrollments/changes have been made, please review enrollment confirmation
Please note: The names of the dependents/beneficiary(ies) should appear
– Check Ready to sign button and Electronic Signature for Final Enrollment box
– Click Submit
– Under Employee Profile: Click Benefit Enrollment
– Right click anywhere on the page, Click Print to print your current and elected benefits
– Click Continue
– Log Out
