Flex, Long-Term Disability, and Colonial - You will be eligible to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment.
All Other Benefits - Please contact your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.
New hire benefits will be effective the first of the month following hire date. If hired on the first day of a month, benefits will be effective that day. New employees hired before September 30, 2024 can enroll in all benefits.

During your open enrollment period, a Pierce Group Benefits representative will be available by appointment to answer any questions you may have and to assist you in the enrollment process.

– Enroll in, change or cancel Health Insurance.
– Enroll in, change or cancel Dental Insurance.
– Enroll in, change or cancel Vision Insurance.
– Enroll in, change or cancel Long-Term Disability Insurance.
– Enroll/Re-Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.*
– Enroll in, change or cancel Colonial coverage.
*You will need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts if you want them to continue each year.
