Dental, Vision, and Legal & ID Theft - Please reach out to your Benefits Department within 30 days of your date of hire.

PRE-TAX BENEFITS
Flexible Spending Accounts: Ameriflex
– Medical Reimbursement Maximum: $3,400/year
– Dependent Care Reimbursement Maximum: $7,500/year
Please note there is a card fee of $4.00 that is the responsibility of the employee.
You will need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts if you want them to continue next year.
