Supplemental Group Term Life - Please call the Service Center within 30 days of your date of hire and a PGB Benefits Representative will help you enroll in benefits. The Service Center number is located at the bottom of this site.
Flex, Colonial, and Telemedicine - You will be able to enroll during the next Annual Enrollment period.

In a crisis, emergency help is available 24/7.

Work/Life Planning Services
The Health Advocate work/life services, available through your Colonial Life Group Term Life Insurance, offers financial and legal counseling services, as well as grief support and referral for up to 12 months after a claim.
