Flexible Spending Accounts & Colonial Life Insurance Products - Please call PGB’s Employee Services within 30 days of your date of hire and a PGB Benefits Representative will help you enroll in benefits. The Employee Services number is located in the contact section of this guide.

Pet Insurance - Please contact the provider within 30 days of your hire date. Additional enrollment instructions and contact information can be found within the Benefits Guide on this site.
