HELPFUL TIPS:

– If you are a new employee and unable to log into the online system, please contact your Health Benefits Representative.

– If you are an existing employee and unable to log into the online system, please contact the HR InTouch Help Desk at 1-855-859-0966.

COMPLETE THE STEPS BELOW TO BEGIN THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS: 

1. Go to https://wcpss.hrintouch.com and enter your HR InTouch login and password:

FOR EMPLOYEES RETURNING TO THE HR INTOUCH WEBSITE:
To retrieve your login ID or reset your password:
Select the “Can’t access your account?” link to the right and directly beneath the “Log in” button.

INITIAL (NEW HIRE) LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
Username: Legal first name and first initial of last name and last 4 of SSN
Alternate Username (if above does not work): Legal last name and first initial of first name and last 4 of SSN
Password: Full SSN (no spaces or dashes)
Example Employee: John Doe with SSN 111-22-3333
Example Username: JohnD3333
Example Alternate Username: DoeJ3333
Example Password: 111223333
Please note your social security number will only be used for initial login, at which time you will be prompted to change it.

2. Click enroll now:
– Select the link titled Enroll Now! on the right side of your screen.

3. Review and/or edit your basic information:
– Select My Basic Information and review for accuracy.

4. Review and/or edit your annual enrollment elections:
– Select My Benefits to review and/or change your benefit elections. On the right hand of the screen under My Open Enrollment benefits, select the benefit offer name that you would like to edit or review.

5. Making changes to your elections:
– To change your plan, coverage level or persons covered, select the corresponding Edit button next to each section.
– Note: You will be asked questions only as they relate to your election. Please be as complete as possible when answering questions to ensure your enrollment is processed successfully.

6. Review and print your benefit summary:
– To view or print a summary of your elections, click on the tab in the top left corner of your screen titled My Home. On the right hand side of your screen, click on the report titled My Employee Detail Report.
– Note: This report displays BOTH your current and Annual Enrollment elections. Annual Enrollment elections are below your current elections on the report.

7. Log out of HR InTouch using the logout button.
