Frequently Asked Questions

As long as you’re not employed by a current PGB account or enrolled in an employer-/state-sponsored plan, you’re eligible to enroll in these plans and there are no requirements for enrollment.

If you are transferring from one active PGB account to another, please DO NOT enroll in these plans. Please contact PGB’s Employee Services so that we can help you transfer eligible benefits.

For both Dental and Vision, there are multiple plans for you to choose from to suit your needs. There are also tiered rates that include Individual, Individual +1, and Family.

For Telemedicine, there are two plan options: Individual and Family.

*For Dental applications placed prior to the 20th of the month, you may choose to start your coverage the 1st of the current month, or the 1st of the next month. For Vision, your coverage will begin the next business day.

At the time of sign up, you’ll have the choice to connect a bank account or debit/credit card as your form of payment.
